It was a very clean and elegant facility. The woman who worked at the reception was friendly and spoke good English. It was a good check-in experience. The room itself was clean and felt nice to be in. There were no funny or moldy smells in the room and it all smelled clean. The bed was firm, the way I like it. The cleaning staff and food room service staff were all professional and friendly. They were all on time and very timely. The property is not very far from Grand Station Fashion Island mall.

Friendly and service-minded staff. The room was very large just for me - double bed, but lots of floor space. Tv and a fine little bathroom. I didn't use any of the facilities. The location is far from the town, but was perfect for me, as I had to go to the airport early in the morning.

Good Location for Navamin Road. We use the hotel to be closer to family when we are in town so we don't really get to use the facilities or even have breakfast with them so we can't comment on those.

Excellent Hotel at very good price. We did not partake of the Breakfast so cannot comment but we liked the fact that it is optional so you are not forced to pay for something you don't want.
